General: Construction back on

The tower construction is back on. We have 150 feet up and 4 more sections to go. If you have a rohn tower/wifi tower call us we are looking to buy sections.We will post pictures here of the construction as it progresses. This tower should cover both lakes, east side of Whitehouse and down to Troup. If you are interested in high speed wireless contact us with your name, address and phone number.

General: New Spam Filtering System!

Gower.net now has a new e-mail spam filtering solution. It is designed to block spam, viruses, and e-mails with malicious code. Each day a Spam Digest report is sent to your e-mail address, listing any quarantined e-mails considered to be spam or otherwise harmful. All quarantined e-mails listed in the digest report can be viewed and released to your inbox.

IP Address changes

We finished out IP Address renumbering last weekend. The new IP Address and names for our DNS servers are:
primary ns1.gower.net 74.113.208.1
secondary ns2.gower.net 74.113.208.2
If you are on Wireless or ADSL please use those DNS servers.
We want to thank all our customers for their patience during the conversion.
